Settled in the pack early - bumped at the first - lost ground towards the back by the 5th - clipped heels 4 out - pushed along and still towards the back after that - made progress into 6th turning for home - up to 2nd 2 out - shared the lead and got untidy at the last - kicked clear on the run-in - held on strongly to score
