Held towards the back early and not jumping cleanly - still down in 12th after four out - driven into contention nearing the home turn - in touch with the front group three out despite an errant leap - hit the front approaching the final fence with a small stumble - opened a gap after standing off the last - kept finding more to the finish

Settled in the middle of the pack on the rail - pulled hard early - jumped poorly at the 2nd - made ground moving into the straight - another jumping error 3 out left the rider working - 5th after the following fence - 3rd at the last though showed reluctance there - ran on at one speed to finish 6½ lengths back in third
