Sans Bruit looks the one to be on at Aintree, topping our ratings on 141 and five pounds clear of Petit Tonnerre on 136, a modest edge in a Class 3 over sixteen furlongs on good to soft. Petit Tonnerre is the chief danger, with Coup de Coeur on 133 and Javert Allen on 131 also firmly in the picture, so this is far from a penalty-kick with eleven runners going to post. Even so, Sans Bruit has the best figures in the line-up and gets the vote.
