Tip for this race
All today's tips ›Acanto is our selection in this 14-furlong Navan contest, sitting just a point behind Peace Walk on our figures and preferred for a progressive profile that suggests there is more to come. Peace Walk is the top-rated runner and the main danger, though the gap is narrow, and Omakase and Chestnut Palace are only a few pounds back and cannot be dismissed in a field of 23. A horse on the upgrade is preferred on the good to soft ground over this 14-furlong trip, and with so many in the mix, Acanto's improvement can edge it. Acanto is the pick.
