All today's tips ›Wreckless Eric No. 3
Jonjo O'Neill Jr. · Jonjo & A.J. O'Neill
✓ Top rated ✓ Trainer in form (6/26, 14 days) ✓ Back from a 188-day break
Wreckless Eric is our selection at Ffos Las, and he heads the field on our figures with a rating of 137, three pounds ahead of Leader In The Park on 134, which is a narrow but worthwhile edge over 20 furlongs on good ground. Leader In The Park is the main danger, while Patriotik on 128 and Just Over Land on 127 are the next best of a closely bunched pack who look to have a little to find. Wreckless Eric gets the nod, though confidence is low in a tight-looking contest.

Leader In The Park twice finished second before his latest outing, a second two starts back and another three starts back, and he has run over today's trip and going before; our rating of 134 ranks him second of six. The risk is a 250-day absence and a pulled-up run last time out.

Filanderer won three starts back and five starts back, but he was pulled up two starts ago, finished fifth last time, and returns after 208 days off. Carrying 167 lb, and having run over today's trip and going, he looks hard to fancy, with our figures ranking him fifth of six.

Toothless returns from 189 days off carrying 162 lb, which makes him hard to fancy, though a third last time out, a second two starts back and another second three starts back show he was in good form before the break, and he has run over today's trip and going. Our figures still rank him sixth of six.

Patriotik's recent form is modest, but our rating of 128 ranks him third of six and sits well clear of his official 107, while he has run over today's trip and going before and carries 146 lb. The main risk is a 195-day absence, a pulled-up last run and a yard out of form at 1/21.
